$80 service call
$40 hr, minimum 4 hr
Theses services include changing light bulbs, air fiters, rescreening, and yard work.
Carpentry
$80-$120 HR
These services include custom shelving, interior doors, trim, crown molding, Vinyl or wood flooring, tounge and groove ceilings in the entry way or proch exterior, and much more.
Residential Upgrades
These projects typicaly are based off the difficulty of the job and the detail on the finished project. They arent normaly priced on an hourly budget. will negotiate in person.
